As a manager you have goals and expectations for yourself and for your team – and your executive team has goals and expectations for you. Understanding the path of the dollar through your dealership will help you to connect these goals and expectations to the financial status of your dealership. The ability to speak the language of business accounting and finance coupled with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements and ratios will enable you to effectively manage operations, set goals, and measure results within your dealership, your branch, and your department. 

Financial Management 101 is an introductory Web-based course developed to teach non-financial managers basic business accounting and financial practices.
Managers learn how the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement work together to provide insight into the financial health and stability of the distributorship.

Financial Management 102 is a tool to help managers better understand the financial status of their dealerhsip. This Web-based course will teach non-financial managers how to calculate, interpret, and analyze the financial ratios most commonly used in the equipment distribution industry.
