Financial Management 101 is an introductory Web-based course developed to teach non-financial managers basic business accounting and financial practices. Managers learn how the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement work together to provide insight into the financial health and stability of the distributorship.
Financial Management 102 is a tool to help managers better understand the financial status of their dealerhsip. This Web-based course will teach non-financial managers how to calculate, interpret, and analyze the financial ratios most commonly used in the equipment distribution industry.
