The AED Branch Operations Management Certification program recognizes individuals who have contributed to their company through exemplary skills and expertise. These individuals have also completed a professional education program that emphasizes best practices in areas essential to managing a construction equipment dealership.

Professional Education Requirements
To meet the professional education requirements of the AED Branch Operations Management Certification, you will need a minimum of 62 hours of formal training (6.2 CEUs) within the past five years. The cost of this training is additional. Click here for a cost summary via AEDU.

*We recommend Parts Management 101 prior to taking Parts Management 201, as these skills are essential in the first three years in Branch Management. Those who have demonstrated expertise in managing the areas of this department covered by the module may take Parts Management 201 to improve their skills in management of parts assets, processes, the parts customer and goal setting.
